In this lesson, students will explore Christian and Muslim beliefs about death and what happens after it, examining a range of views on the afterlife, including concepts such as heaven, hell, judgement, resurrection, and the soul.
The lesson will also explore how religious beliefs about the afterlife shape attitudes towards death, the value of human life, and moral behaviour in this life. Students will consider how belief in life after death can bring comfort, influence decisions, and affect views on issues other life issues.
