Four powerpoint presentations with key words, people, facts and dates from the medicine through time units. Each word, date or person is explained on a slide with a simple picture to aid memory. It is then followed by the same slide with part of the definition or explanation blanked out for students to suggest the missing words which are then animated to disappear. Slides are on pale coloured background to aid learners with visual stress.
Presentations can be split up to use a small number of slides as a starter activity or given to students to use as revision. They work well on a smart phone.
