Healthy and Unhealthy Friendships – Full PSHE Lesson | KS3 / KS4 | RSHE Aligned
This fully resourced and editable 1-hour+ PSHE lesson explores the differences between healthy and unhealthy friendships, helping students understand the qualities that make friendships supportive, respectful, and balanced. The lesson encourages self-reflection and critical thinking about how young people treat others—and how they expect to be treated in return.
Mapped to the statutory RSHE curriculum, this session is ideal for Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 and can be delivered in PSHE lessons, tutor time, or wellbeing sessions.
