Hi. Sorry you're having trouble. This resource has been downloaded by hundreds of people without problems. The only thing I can think of is perhaps you don't have MS Publisher on your computer. It's a publisher file, so you'll need MS Publisher to open it. If this is the case, then I would appreciate it if you could alter your star rating, as it does not reflect the quality of the resource. If you do have MS Publisher, then try downloading it again, but as I said, I can't think of any other issues that might prevent you from opening it, as nobody has ever had a problem before. Hope you manage to sort it out.
