PSHE Unit – Bodies, Puberty & Self-Esteem | KS3 RSE Curriculum

This fully resourced 7-lesson PSHE unit supports young people through the emotional and physical changes of puberty. Designed for KS3 students (ages 11–14), the unit explores puberty, menstruation, personal hygiene, online pressures, and self-esteem—helping students navigate adolescence with confidence and clarity.

Aligned with the statutory RSE and Health Education guidance, this unit is ideal for use in PSHE lessons, tutor time, or drop-down days, and is suitable for both boys and girls across Years 7–9.
