Lesson plan and supporting resources to accompany the Maths picture book ‘A Mousy Mess’ by Laura Driscoll. The lesson can work for Years 1 or 2, and is based around sorting and classifying, with a focus on length and the inequality/equality signs.
It is a lovely book to own, but there are plenty of readings on youtube of the book if you are trying to save costs.
