Guide to Answering Scenario Questions

This is a brief guide as to how to answer scenario questions using the IRAC method. This is designed to support students who have already been taught how to answer scenario questions by providing a reminder.

Add the Law

There are two scenarios for each topic:

• Tort Law
• Criminal Law
• Contract Law

Students are given a scenario with a model answer in which the law has been removed. Students should add in the correct legal tests, cases and statutes. The application has been pre-filled.
